농어업ㆍ농어촌특별위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제10조(공무원 등의 파견 요청 등)

① 위원회는 위원회의 운영 또는 사무국의 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 중앙행정기관 및 지방자치단체 소속 공무원과 공공기관 및 관계 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ연구소 임직원 등의 파견 또는 겸임을 요청할 수 있다.
