농약관리법 제7조(등록의 취소 등)

1. 정당한 사유 없이 제3조제1항 후단 또는 같은 조 제4항에 따른 변경등록을 하지 아니한 경우

2. 제8조제1항, 제16조제1항, 제17조제1항 또는 제17조의2제1항을 위반하여 등록을 하지 아니한 농약등 또는 원제를 제조ㆍ수입하거나 판매한 경우

3. 제14조제2항 또는 제3항(제8조의2제1항 후단 또는 제17조제3항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 등록사항의 변경 또는 등록의 취소처분이나 제조ㆍ수출입 또는 공급을 제한하는 처분(회수ㆍ폐기명령을 포함한다)을 위반한 경우

4. 제15조제1항에 따라 농촌진흥청장이 고시하는 수출입의 금지ㆍ제한내용이나 준수사항을 위반한 경우

6. 제21조제1항 또는 제2항을 위반하여 농약등 또는 원제를 제조ㆍ생산ㆍ수입ㆍ보관ㆍ진열 또는 판매한 경우

9. 제24조에 따라 검사한 농약등의 품질이 불량하다고 밝혀진 경우 또는 자체검사성적서를 제출하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 제출한 경우

10. 제24조제1항에 따른 검사나 시료(試料) 또는 시험용 제품의 수거(收去)를 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 경우

13. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 영업의 등록 또는 변경등록을 한 경우
