농약관리법 제35조(벌칙)

1. 제13조제2항(제8조의2제1항 후단, 제16조제4항, 제17조제3항 또는 제17조의2제4항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 신고를 하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 신고한 자

2. 제23조제1항에 따른 농약등의 안전사용기준 또는 취급제한기준을 위반하여 농약등을 사용하거나 취급한 방제업자

3. 제23조의7제4항제3호ㆍ제4호에 따른 조정위원회의 위원의 출입ㆍ조사ㆍ열람 또는 복사를 정당한 이유 없이 거부 또는 기피하거나 방해하는 행위를 한 자
