농약관리법 시행령 제20조(농약등의 취급제한기준)

1. 농약등은 식료품ㆍ사료ㆍ의약품 또는 인화물질과 함께 수송하거나 과적하여 수송하지 말 것

1의2. 농약등 제조업자나 수입업자는 자신이 제조(다른 제조업자에게 자신이 등록한 품목 또는 제품을 위탁하여 제조하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 수입한 농약등을 판매할 때에는 잘못된 사용으로 인한 사고를 방지하기 위하여 안전용기ㆍ포장을 사용할 것. 다만, 제조업자가 다른 제조업자에게 판매하거나 수입업자가 다른 수입업자에게 판매하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

3. 공급대상자가 정하여진 농약등은 제조업자 및 수입업자가 공급대상자에게 직접 공급할 것. 다만, 독성의 정도 등을 고려하여 농촌진흥청장이 정하여 고시하는 농약등의 경우에는 제조업자 및 수입업자가 판매업자에게 공급할 수 있고, 그 판매업자는 해당 농약등을 공급대상자에게만 공급할 수 있다.
