농약관리법 시행령 제19조(농약등의 안전사용기준)

Enforcement Decree of the Agrochemicals Control Act, Article 19 (Safe Use Standards for Agrochemicals, etc.|9)

①법 제23조제1항에 따른 농약등의 안전사용기준은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2008.11.26, 2010.10.13, 2012.1.25>

②농촌진흥청장은 농약등의 품목별 또는 제품별로 적용대상 농작물 및 병해충, 사용시기, 사용가능횟수, 사용대상자 또는 사용제한지역 등 제1항에 따른 안전사용기준의 세부기준을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <개정 2008.11.26, 2010.10.13, 2012.1.25>

③ 농촌진흥청장은 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 적용대상 농작물, 적용대상 병해충 및 사용방법ㆍ사용량 등이 정해지지 아니한 농약에 대하여 인체 및 환경에 미치는 영향을 고려한 별도의 안전사용기준을 정하여 고시할 수 있다. <신설 2018.10.30>
