농수산자조금의 조성 및 운용에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조(대의원 후보자의 자격ㆍ등록 및 공고 등)

① 법 제12조제2항 및 제4항에 따른 대의원(이하 "대의원"이라 한다) 후보자의 자격은 선거 공고일 현재 제4조제2항에 따른 선출구역에 주소나 거소(居所) 또는 사업장을 둔 농수산업자(법인 또는 단체인 경우 그 대표자를 말한다)로 한다.

② 의무자조금단체는 대의원 선거일 30일 전까지 선거인을 확정하고, 선거 일시ㆍ장소, 대의원 후보자의 등록 장소, 선거인 명부 및 제4조제2항ㆍ제3항에 따른 선출구역ㆍ선출구역별 대의원 수 등을 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.4.24>

③ 대의원 후보자로 등록하려는 사람은 대의원 선거일 15일 전까지 제2항에 따라 공고된 장소에 등록하여야 한다.

(3) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 register^r레지스터 as애즈 a어 candidate캔더데잇 for^f포 a어 delegate델러게잇 shall섈 register^r레지스터 at앳 the^ð더 place플레이스 publicly퍼블리클리 announced어나운스트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) at앳 least리스트 15 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 delegate델러게잇 election일렉션 date.데잇

④ 의무자조금단체는 대의원 선거일 10일 전까지 대의원 후보자 명부를 공고하여야 한다.
