농수산물 품질관리법 제74조(생산ㆍ가공시설등의 등록 등)

① 위생관리기준에 맞는 수산물의 생산ㆍ가공시설과 제70조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 위해요소중점관리기준을 이행하는 시설(이하 "생산ㆍ가공시설등"이라 한다)을 운영하는 자는 생산ㆍ가공시설등을 해양수산부장관에게 등록할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 등록을 한 자(이하 "생산ㆍ가공업자등"이라 한다)는 그 생산ㆍ가공시설등에서 생산ㆍ가공ㆍ출하하는 수산물ㆍ수산물가공품이나 그 포장에 위생관리기준에 맞는다는 사실 또는 제70조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 위해요소중점관리기준을 이행한다는 사실을 표시하거나 그 사실을 광고할 수 있다.

③ 생산ㆍ가공업자등은 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 변경하려면 해양수산부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 제3항에 따른 신고가 신고서의 기재사항 및 첨부서류에 흠이 없고, 법령 등에 규정된 형식상의 요건을 충족하는 경우에는 신고서가 접수기관에 도달된 때에 신고 의무가 이행된 것으로 본다. <신설 2019.1.15>

⑤ 생산ㆍ가공시설등의 등록절차, 등록방법, 변경신고절차 등에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.1.15>
