Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act, Article 72 (Comprehensive Hygiene Management Measures for Designated Sea Areas)

① 해양수산부장관은 지정해역의 보존ㆍ관리를 위한 지정해역 위생관리종합대책(이하 "종합대책"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 hygiene하이진 management매너지먼트 measures메저즈 for^f포 designated데지그네이티드 sea시 areas에^r리어즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 measures")메저즈 for^f포 the^ð더 conservation칸서^v베이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 designated데지그네이티드 sea시 areas.에^r리어즈

⑤ 해양수산부장관은 제4항에 따라 통보한 종합대책을 시행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 기관의 장에게 필요한 조치를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
