농수산물 품질관리법 제66조(농수산물안전에 관한 교육 등)

① 식품의약품안전처장이나 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 안전한 농수산물의 생산과 건전한 소비활동을 위하여 필요한 사항을 생산자, 유통종사자, 소비자 및 관계 공무원 등에게 교육ㆍ홍보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.2.3>

② 식품의약품안전처장은 생산자ㆍ유통종사자ㆍ소비자에 대한 교육ㆍ홍보를 제3조제4항제2호에 따른 단체ㆍ기관 및 같은 항 제3호에 따른 시민단체(안전한 농수산물의 생산과 건전한 소비활동과 관련된 시민단체로 한정한다)에 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 교육ㆍ홍보에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
