농수산물 유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제70조의3(농수산물 전자거래 분쟁조정위원회의 설치)

① 제70조의2제1항에 따른 농수산물 전자거래에 관한 분쟁을 조정하기 위하여 한국농수산식품유통공사와 같은 항 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 기관에 농수산물 전자거래 분쟁조정위원회(이하 이 조에서 "분쟁조정위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2011.7.25, 2014.3.24>

② 분쟁조정위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원은 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하며, 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원의 자격 및 임기, 위원의 제척(除斥)ㆍ기피ㆍ회피 등 분쟁조정위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
