Act on Fostering Agriculture, Forestry and Food Science and Technology, Article 6 (Promotion of research and development projects)

① 정부는 종합계획 및 시행계획을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 농림식품과학기술 연구개발사업(이하 "연구개발사업"이라 한다)을 한다. <개정 2016.12.27>

② 농림축산식품부장관은 연구개발사업을 할 때 연도별ㆍ분야별 연구과제를 선정하여 다음 각 호의 기관이나 단체 등과 협약을 맺어 연구를 하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제5호의 기관 중 법인이 아닌 기관에 대하여는 그 기관이 속한 법인의 대표와 협약을 맺을 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.6.12, 2016.12.27, 2021.4.20>
