농림식품과학기술 육성법 시행령 제8조(기업부설연구소 등의 기준)

① 법 제6조제2항제5호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 기업부설연구소"란 「기업부설연구소등의 연구개발 지원에 관한 법률」 제7조제1항에 따라 인정받은 기업부설연구소 중 농림식품과학기술 분야의 연구인력을 1명 이상 상시 확보하고 있는 연구소를 말한다. <개정 2011.6.24, 2016.9.22, 2017.6.27, 2026.1.27>
