농림수산업자 신용보증법 제5조(관리기관)

① 기금의 운용에 관한 업무나 그 밖에 이 법에 따른 신용보증에 관한 업무는 농업협동조합중앙회에서 취급한다.

② 제1항에 따라 보증업무를 취급하는 기관(이하 "관리기관"이라 한다)은 기금의 회계와 그 기관의 다른 회계를 구분하여 회계처리하여야 한다.
