Enforcement Decree of the Credit Guarantee Act for Agricultural, Forestry, and Fishery Workers, Article 9-2 (Monetary Obligations Related to Commercial Transactions)

법 제4조제3항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금전채무"란 법 제2조제1항에 따른 농림수산업자등(이하 "농림수산업자등"이라 한다)이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자와 상거래를 행함으로 인하여 부담하는 금전채무를 말한다. <개정 2001.7.24, 2011.8.19>
