농림수산식품투자조합 결성 및 운용에 관한 법률 제21조(조합 재산의 보호)

농식품투자조합 조합원의 채권자가 조합원에 대하여 채권을 행사할 때에는 「민법」 제704조와 제712조에도 불구하고 그 조합원이 농식품투자조합에 출자한 금액의 범위에서 이를 행사할 수 있다.
