농ㆍ축산ㆍ임ㆍ어업용 기자재 및 석유류에 대한 부가가치세 영세율 및 면세 적용 등에 관한 특례규정 제26조(사후관리)

① 농림축산식품부장관, 해양수산부장관 및 산림청장은 면세유류한도량의 준수 등 면세유가 적정하게 공급되도록 농어민등과 석유판매업자에 대한 조사ㆍ단속 및 면세유류관리기관과 한국해운조합에 대한 관리감독 등 사후관리를 철저히 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.2.21, 2015.2.3, 2016.2.5>

② 면세유류관리기관 및 한국해운조합은 직전 월의 석유제품별 면세유 사용량을 매월 10일까지 농림축산식품부장관, 해양수산부장관 및 산림청장에게 보고하여야 한다. <신설 2014.2.21, 2016.2.5>
