녹색기후기금의 운영지원에 관한 법률 제4조(출연방법)

① 정부는 기금에 출연을 함에 있어서 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 대통령의 승인을 받아 미합중국통화, 그 밖의 자유교환성 통화나 금 또는 내국통화로 그 전액 또는 이를 분할하여 납입할 수 있다.

② 정부는 제1항에 따라 내국통화로 출연하는 경우에 그 출연액의 전부 또는 일부를 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 대통령의 승인을 받아 내국통화로 표시된 증권으로 출연할 수 있다.
