녹색건축물 조성 지원법 제25조(녹색건축물 조성사업에 대한 지원ㆍ특례 등)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 녹색건축물 조성을 위한 사업 등에 대하여 보조금의 지급 등 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.

② 「신용보증기금법」에 따라 설립된 신용보증기금 및 「기술보증기금법」에 따라 설립된 기술보증기금은 녹색건축물 조성사업에 우선적으로 신용보증을 하거나 보증조건 등을 우대할 수 있다. <개정 2016.3.29>

③ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 녹색건축물 조성사업과 관련된 기업을 지원하기 위하여 「조세특례제한법」과 「지방세특례제한법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 소득세ㆍ법인세ㆍ취득세ㆍ재산세ㆍ등록세 등을 감면할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.19>

④ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 녹색건축물 조성사업과 관련된 기업이 「외국인투자 촉진법」 제2조제1항제4호에 따른 외국인투자를 유치하는 경우에 이를 최대한 지원하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다.
