노후거점산업단지의 활력증진 및 경쟁력강화를 위한 특별법 시행령 제9조(지원기구의 운영 등)

① 지원기구의 장은 매년 2월 말일까지 법 제7조제1항 각 호의 사항에 대한 전년도 업무 수행 결과와 해당 연도의 업무 계획을 전략계획수립권자에게 보고하여야 한다.

② 지원기구의 장은 지원기구의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 관계 공공기관의 장에게 소속 공무원 또는 소속 임직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

③ 전략계획수립권자는 지원기구에 업무ㆍ회계 및 재산에 관하여 필요한 사항을 보고하게 할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 strategic스트^r러티직 plan플랜 formulating^f포뮬레이팅 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 may메이 have해^v브 the^ð더 Support서포트 Organization오거너제이션 report^r리포트 on안 necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 duties,두티즈 accounting,어카운팅 and앤드 property.프^r라퍼티

④ 전략계획수립권자는 제3항에 따른 보고의 결과 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 지원기구에 그 시정을 명하거나 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 지원기구의 구성 및 운영을 위하여 필요한 사항은 전략계획수립권자가 정한다.
