Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Revitalization and Competitiveness Enhancement of Aged Hub Industrial Complexes, Article 13 (Fact-Finding Survey)

① 법 제10조제1항에 따른 실태조사(이하 이 조에서 "실태조사"라 한다)의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.

2. 노후거점산업단지 입주 업종의 현황 및 입주기업의 생산ㆍ고용에 관한 사항

② 전략계획수립권자는 제1항에 따른 실태조사를 하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 조사 대상 산업단지의 범위 또는 지역을 나누어 할 수 있다.

③ 전략계획수립권자는 법 제10조제2항에 따라 제1항 각 호의 사항에 관하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장, 관련 기관 및 단체의 장에게 자료의 제출이나 의견의 진술을 요청할 수 있다.

④ 전략계획수립권자는 실태조사를 하는 경우 조사 시작일의 7일 전까지 조사 일시, 목적 및 내용 등이 포함된 조사계획을 조사 대상자에게 알려야 한다.

⑤ 전략계획수립권자는 노후산업단지의 경쟁력강화에 관한 중요사항의 결정이나 실태조사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 산업단지에 관한 전문성과 인력을 갖춘 연구기관, 단체 또는 관계 전문가에게 자문하거나 조사 또는 연구를 의뢰할 수 있다.
