노숙인 등의 복지 및 자립지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조의2(여성노숙인 등에 대한 보건위생물품 지원)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 여성노숙인 등에게 법 제12조의2제1항에 따른 물품(이하 "보건위생물품"이라 한다)을 직접 전달하거나 법 제16조에 따른 노숙인복지시설에 교부하여 여성노숙인 등에게 전달되도록 해야 한다.

② 제1항에서 규정한 사항 외에 보건위생물품 지원에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 정한다.
