노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 시행령 제22조의4(파업참가자 수의 산정방법)

① 법 제43조제4항 후단에 따른 파업참가자 수는 근로의무가 있는 근로시간 중 파업 참가를 이유로 근로의 일부 또는 전부를 제공하지 아니한 자의 수를 1일 단위로 산정한다.

② 사용자는 제1항에 따른 파업참가자 수 산정을 위하여 필요한 경우 노동조합에 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
