내수면어업법 제21조의2(포획ㆍ채취 금지)

① 해양수산부장관은 내수면 수산자원의 번식ㆍ보호를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 내수면 수산자원의 포획ㆍ채취 금지 기간ㆍ구역ㆍ체장ㆍ체중 등을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 내수면 수산자원의 포획ㆍ채취 금지 기간ㆍ구역ㆍ체장ㆍ체중 등 포획ㆍ채취 금지의 세부 내용은 대통령령으로 정한다.
