내수면어업법 제15조(내수면어업계)

① 일정한 지역에 거주하는 내수면어업인은 공동이익의 증진을 위하여 내수면어업계를 조직할 수 있다.

(1) Inland인랜드 water워터 fishers^f피셔즈 residing^r리자이딩 in인 a어 certain서튼 region^r리전 may메이 organize오거나이즈 an앤 inland인랜드 water워터 fishing^f피슁 association어소우시에이션 to투 promote프^r러모우트 their^ð데어 common카먼 interests.인트^r러스츠

② 제1항에 따른 내수면어업계의 조직은 어업을 하려는 내수면이 위치한 행정구역별로 조직하되 그 계원 자격 및 계원 수는 그 내수면에 잇닿은 지역에 거주하는 사람으로서 5명 이상으로 한다.

③ 내수면어업계를 조직하려면 정관을 작성하고 창립총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

(3) To투 organize오거나이즈 an앤 inland인랜드 water워터 fishing^f피슁 association,어소우시에이션 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 prepared프^r리페어드 and앤드 approved어프^r루^v브드 by바이 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 an앤 inaugural이노거^r럴 general제너^r럴 meeting.미팅

④ 내수면어업계의 정관 기재사항ㆍ해산ㆍ조직ㆍ운영 등은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
