내수면어업법 제11조(신고어업)

① 내수면에서 제6조 및 제9조에 따른 어업을 제외한 어업으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 어업을 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 사유수면에서 제6조제1항 각 호, 제9조제1항 각 호 또는 제1항에 따른 어업을 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 신고를 받은 날부터 5일 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2017.3.21>

④ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 제3항에서 정한 기간 내에 신고수리 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장 여부를 신고인에게 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고를 수리한 것으로 본다. <신설 2017.3.21>

⑤ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소관 구역의 사유수면에서의 어업 현황 및 실태를 파악하여 특별자치시장 또는 특별자치도지사는 해양수산부장관에게, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 시ㆍ도지사를 거쳐 해양수산부장관에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.3.21>
