남북협력기금법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 「남북교류협력에 관한 법률」에 따른 남북 간의 상호교류와 협력을 지원하기 위하여 남북협력기금을 설치하고 남북협력기금의 운용과 관리에 필요한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.
