남북협력기금법 시행령 제20조(기금운용관리규정)

①통일부장관은 법 및 이 영의 규정에 의한 기금의 지원등의 조건ㆍ절차ㆍ방법ㆍ사후관리 기타 기금의 운용ㆍ관리에 관하여 필요한 사항을 기금운용관리규정으로 정하여 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 1991.2.1, 2005.12.14>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Unification유너^f퍼케이션 shall섈 prescribe프^r러스크^r라이브 by바이 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 regulations,^r레귤레이션즈 and앤드 publicly퍼블리클리 notify,노우터^f파이 the^ð더 conditions,컨디션즈 procedures,프^r러시저즈 methods,메^θ써즈 and앤드 follow-up^f팔로-업 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 support,서포트 etc.엣세터^r러 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 the^ð디 Act액트 and앤드 this^ð디스 Decree,디크^r리 and앤드 other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드

②통일부장관은 제1항의 규정에 의하여 기금운용관리규정을 정할 때에는 협의회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다. 이를 변경하고자 할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 1991.2.1, 2005.12.14>
