Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth for Coping with Climate Crisis, Article 66 (Composition and Operation of the Fund Management Council)

① 법 제72조제4항에 따른 기금운용심의회(이하 "기금운용심의회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 기금운용심의회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 기금운용심의회의 위원장이 임명하거나 위촉하는 사람으로 한다. 이 경우 위원장은 제3호 및 제4호에 해당하는 위원을 2분의 1 이상 위촉해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

④ 제3항제3호 및 제4호에 해당하는 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

1. 심신장애로 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 위원으로 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 경우

⑥ 기금운용심의회의 위원장은 기금운용심의회를 대표하고 기금운용심의회의 업무를 총괄한다. 다만, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 경우에는 기후에너지환경부장관이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
