Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth for Coping with Climate Crisis, Article 64 (Entrustment of Operation and Management of the Climate Response Fund)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제72조제2항에 따라 법 제69조제1항에 따른 기후대응기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 운용ㆍ관리에 관한 다음 각 호의 업무를 기후에너지환경부장관이 지정하여 고시하는 법인 또는 단체에 위탁한다. <개정 2025.12.30>

② 제1항에 따라 업무를 위탁받은 자(이하 "기금수탁관리자"라 한다)는 기금을 다른 운영재원과 구분하여 회계처리해야 한다.

③ 기금수탁관리자가 제1항 각 호의 업무 처리를 위하여 경비가 필요한 경우 해당 경비는 기금에서 부담한다.

④ 기금수탁관리자는 위탁받은 기금의 운영ㆍ관리 업무를 전담할 부서를 설치해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 trustee트^r러스티 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 a어 department디파트먼트 dedicated데더케이티드 to투 the^ð디 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 work워크 of어^v브 operating아퍼^r레이팅 and앤드 managing매너징 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드

⑤ 기금수탁관리자는 분기별 기금의 조성 및 운용현황을 각 분기가 끝난 후 40일 이내에 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
