기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법 시행령 제58조(녹색제품에 대한 구매촉진)

① 법 제60조제2항에서 "공공기관 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 「녹색제품 구매촉진에 관한 법률」 및 「중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 공공기관(이하 이 조에서 "녹색공공기관"이라 한다)을 말한다.

② 조달청장은 법 제60조제2항에 따라 녹색공공기관의 녹색제품 구매를 촉진하기 위하여 필요한 품목을 지정ㆍ고시하고, 이에 따른 조달 기준을 마련할 수 있다.

③ 조달청장은 녹색공공기관의 장이 제품 또는 공사의 구매 또는 발주를 요청한 경우 해당 녹색공공기관의 장과의 협의를 거쳐 녹색제품으로 구매하거나 공사과정에 녹색기술을 반영하도록 할 수 있다.
