기후위기 대응을 위한 탄소중립ㆍ녹색성장 기본법 시행령 제18조(온실가스배출관리업체의 온실가스 목표관리)

① 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 부문별 중앙행정기관(이하 "부문별관장기관"이라 한다)의 장은 해당 호에서 정한 분야별로 법 제27조제1항에 따른 온실가스 감축 목표(이하 "온실가스관리목표"라 한다)의 설정ㆍ관리와 법 제28조에 따른 권리와 의무의 승계에 관한 업무를 관장하며, 기후에너지환경부장관은 이를 총괄ㆍ조정한다. 이 경우 부문별관장기관의 장은 기후에너지환경부장관의 총괄ㆍ조정 업무에 최대한 협조해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 온실가스관리목표를 관리하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 부문별관장기관의 장의 소관 사무에 대하여 종합적인 점검을 할 수 있으며, 그 결과에 따라 부문별관장기관의 장에게 법 제27조제1항에 따른 관리업체(이하 "온실가스배출관리업체"라 한다)에 대한 개선명령 등 필요한 조치를 하도록 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 국가비전, 온실가스중장기감축목표등, 국내 산업의 여건, 탄소중립 관련 국제동향 등을 고려하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 온실가스배출관리업체의 온실가스 목표관리에 관한 종합적인 기준 및 지침을 부문별관장기관의 장과의 협의를 거쳐 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
