기초학력 보장법 제11조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 교육부장관 또는 교육감의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육감 또는 교육장(「지방교육자치에 관한 법률」 제34조제4항에 따른 교육장을 말한다)에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2025.11.11>

② 이 법에 따른 교육부장관 또는 교육감의 업무는 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관련 기관ㆍ법인이나 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
