기초연금법 제29조(벌칙)

① 제12조제6항을 위반하여 금융정보등을 다른 자에게 제공하거나 누설한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2017.9.19>
