기초연구진흥 및 기술개발지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(기획관리전문기관 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제6조에 따른 기초연구사업 및 법 제14조에 따른 특정연구개발사업(이하 "특정연구개발사업"이라 한다)의 효율적인 추진을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 연구개발사업의 기획관리를 전문으로 하는 기관(이하 "전문기관"이라 한다)을 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
