Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Basic Research and Support for Technology Development, Article 6 (Entrustment of Basic Research Projects)

① 법 제6조제1항에 따라 기초연구사업을 위탁할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 정하여 위탁하여야 한다.

② 기초연구사업을 위탁받은 기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 위탁사업 추진계획(이하 "추진계획"이라 한다)을 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 제출하여 승인을 받아야 한다. 승인을 받은 추진계획을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 기초연구를 더욱 효율적으로 진흥하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 해당 수탁기관의 장에게 제2항에 따라 승인한 추진계획의 보완이나 변경을 요청할 수 있다.
