기초연구진흥 및 기술개발지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(연구 여건의 조성)

① 대학은 교수의 기초연구능력 향상을 위하여 대학부설연구소에 연구교수를 두고 국내 또는 국외에서 연구에만 전념할 수 있는 연구휴가 또는 국외연수를 실시할 수 있다.

② 대학은 기초연구의 질적 향상을 위하여 교수(조교를 포함한다)를 관련 연구기관 또는 산업체에 객원연구원으로 파견하여 지원하게 하거나 겸임하게 할 수 있다.
