기업 활력 제고를 위한 특별법 제34조(행정규제 개선을 위한 조치)

제33조에 따라 행정규제 개선을 허용하기로 결정한 주무부처의 장과 관계기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장은 시행될 행정규제 개선에 관한 내용을 공표하고, 대통령령으로 정하는 절차에 따라 해당 행정규제의 개선을 위하여 필요한 조치를 강구하여야 한다.
