기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 제60조(입찰 참가자격 제한의 완화)

지방자치단체의 장은 「지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제31조제2항에도 불구하고 같은 조 제1항에 따라 다른 지방자치단체의 장이 입찰 참가자격을 제한한 자에 대하여 그 지방자치단체가 시행하는 입찰에의 참가자격을 제한하지 아니할 수 있다.
