기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 제55조의6(안전관리규정 등의 통합 작성)

「고압가스 안전관리법」 제13조의2제1항에 따라 안전성향상계획을 제출하여야 하는 자가 같은 법 제11조제1항에 따른 안전관리규정에 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여 작성한 경우에는 그가 「위험물 안전관리법」에 따른 예방규정을 정하거나 「산업안전보건법」 제25조에 따른 안전보건관리규정을 작성한 것으로 본다. <개정 2019.1.15>
