기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 제24조(산업단지개발사업 비용 부담에 관한 특례)

① 산업단지에 전기를 공급하는 자는 「산업입지 및 개발에 관한 법률」 제28조에도 불구하고 산업단지개발사업의 시행자가 요청하는 경우에는 산업단지에 전기를 공급하기 위한 전기간선시설(電氣幹線施設) 및 배전시설(配電施設)을 산업단지개발실시계획에서 도시ㆍ군계획시설로 결정된 도로까지 설치하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>

② 제1항에 따라 산업단지에 전기를 공급하기 위하여 설치한 전기간선시설 및 배전시설의 설치비용은 전기를 공급하는 자가 부담한다. 다만, 산업단지개발사업의 시행자, 입주기업, 지방자치단체 등의 요청에 의하여 전기간선시설 및 배전시설을 지하에 설치하는 경우에는 전기를 공급하는 자와 지하에 설치할 것을 요청하는 자가 각각 100분의 50의 비율로 그 설치비용을 부담한다.

③ 전기를 공급하는 자는 제2항 단서에 따른 요청자가 부담하여야 할 금액을 전기간선시설 및 배전시설의 설치가 완료되는 날부터 3년간 균등하게 분할하여 징수할 수 있다.
