Special Act on Development of Enterprise Cities, Article 47 (Administrative Dispositions against Violators of Statutes)

국토교통부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여 이 법에 따른 타인 토지의 출입허가, 개발계획의 승인 또는 실시계획의 승인 등을 취소하거나 공사의 중지, 건축물 등이나 장애물 등의 개축(改築) 또는 이전, 그 밖에 필요한 처분을 하거나 조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
