기업구조조정투자회사법 제36조(채권자에의 최고)

청산인은 취임한 날부터 1월 이내에 기업구조조정투자회사의 채권자에 대하여 일정한 기간내에 그 채권을 신고할 것과 그 기간내에 신고하지 아니하면 청산에서 제외된다는 뜻을 2회 이상 공고의 방법으로 최고하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 신고기간은 1월 이상으로 하여야 한다.
