기술보증기금법 제45조(결손보전)

① 기금의 결산에서 이익금이 생겼을 때에는 이를 전액 적립하여야 한다.

② 기금의 결산에서 손실금이 생겼을 때에는 제1항의 적립금으로 보전하고 그 적립금으로 보전하고도 부족할 때에는 정부가 이를 보전한다.

(2) Where웨어 a어 loss로스 arises어^r라이지즈 in인 the^ð더 settlement세털먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation's코퍼^r레이션즈 accounts,어카운츠 it잇 shall섈 be비 covered커^v버드 by바이 the^ð더 reserve^r리저^v브 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), and앤드 if이^f프 the^ð더 reserve^r리저^v브 is이즈 insufficient인서^f피션트 to투 cover커^v버 it,잇 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 cover커^v버 the^ð더 shortfall.쇼트^f폴
