기술보증기금법 제43조(결산)

기금은 회계연도마다 결산보고서, 재무상태표, 손익계산서 및 기본재산계산서를 작성하여 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 해당 연도가 끝난 후 2개월 내에 중소벤처기업부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2021.4.20>
