기술보증기금법 제24조(겸직금지 의무 등)

① 기금의 임원은 중소벤처기업부장관의 허가 없이 다른 직무에 종사하지 못한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 기금의 임원ㆍ직원 및 그 직(職)에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
