기술보증기금법 제13조(기본재산의 조성)

① 기금의 기본재산은 다음 각 호의 재원(財源)으로 조성한다.

② 제1항제2호의 정부의 출연금의 예산은 중소벤처기업부 소관으로 한다. 다만, 제28조제1항제11호의 업무 추진을 위한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 같은 조 제4항의 계정에 출연받는 경우 해당 계정은 해당 업무를 담당하는 중앙행정기관의 소관으로 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2026.4.7>

③ 금융회사등은 해당 융자금에 대하여 연율(年率) 1천분의 3을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 금융위원회와 협의하여 중소벤처기업부령으로 정하는 비율에 따른 금액을 기금에 출연하여야 한다. 다만, 제2조제3호바목 및 사목에 따른 농협은행 및 수협은행의 경우에는 그 비율을 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2019.8.20, 2023.1.3>

④ 제3항에 따른 융자금의 범위, 출연의 방법 및 시기, 그 밖에 출연에 관하여 필요한 사항은 금융위원회와 협의하여 중소벤처기업부령으로 정한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
