기술보증기금법 시행령 제25조(손해금)

법 제34조에 따른 손해금은 기금이 보증채무를 이행한 금액에 대하여 금융회사의 연체대출금의 이율을 고려하여 그에 상응하는 범위에서 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하는 비율을 곱하여 산출한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
