기술보증기금법 시행령 제16조(이전등기)

① 기금은 본점을 이전한 경우에는 이전 후 2주일 이내에 종전 소재지 또는 새 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기해야 한다.

② 기금은 지점 또는 출장소를 이전한 경우에는 이전 후 2주일 이내에 본점의 소재지에서 새 소재지와 이전 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
