기상법 시행령 제20조의3(기상과학관의 설립ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제35조의6제1항에 따른 기상과학관(이하 "기상과학관"이라 한다)은 다음 각 호의 사업을 수행한다.

② 법 제35조의6제2항에 따른 설립 타당성에 관한 사전평가(이하 "사전평가"라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <신설 2024.2.6>

(2) The^ð더 preliminary프^r릴리머네^r리 evaluation이^v밸류에이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 feasibility^f피저빌러티 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 under언더 Article아터클 35-6 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "preliminary프^r릴리머네^r리 evaluation")이^v밸류에이션 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제35조의6제2항에 따라 사전평가를 실시한 후 기상청장에게 협의를 요청하려는 경우에는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 협의 신청서 및 사전평가 결과서에 제2항 각 호의 사항에 관한 서류를 첨부해야 한다. <신설 2024.2.6, 2025.10.1>

④ 기상청장은 관계 부처와 협의를 거쳐 제3항에 따른 협의 신청서를 접수한 날부터 40일 이내에 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 협의 결과서를 통보해야 한다. 다만, 특별한 사유가 있는 경우에는 15일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <신설 2024.2.6, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 기상청장은 기상과학관을 설립ㆍ운영하는 지방자치단체에 기술적 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.2.6>

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 사전평가 및 협의의 절차ㆍ방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 기상청장이 정하여 고시한다. <신설 2024.2.6>
