Enforcement Decree of the Act on Standardization of Meteorological Observation, Article 5-3 (Requirements for Designation of Type Approval Agencies)
법 제12조의4제1항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 시설ㆍ장비 및 기술인력 등의 기준"이란 별표 1에 따른 기준을 말한다.
"Standards for facilities, equipment, technical personnel, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 12-4 (1) 2 of the Act means the standards under Attached Table 1.
